Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our dedicated pet supplies warehouse located in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States.
Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 5 to 10 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: We currently offer shipping to these locations with an additional 3-5 business days transit time and a flat rate shipping fee of $14.99.

Shipping Cost

Contiguous United States: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 applies.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Flat rate shipping fee of $14.99 applies to all orders.
